Through modern ultra-low temperature and high-multiplication extraction patent technology, it distills out sterilizing molecular clusters and membrane disruptors, with a light odor and significant disinfection effect.

Special Mechanism of Action of Baijie

1.General disinfectants use the "molecular collision principle" to randomly collide with pathogens, causing changes in pathogens and their death. In addition to the "molecular collision principle", Baijie also has attraction generated by interfacial activity, which can actively attract pathogens and cause qualitative changes leading to their death.

2.Baijie has two carbon chains, which is the disinfectant with the most carbon chains in the world at present, and can produce much stronger attraction and penetration than general disinfectant molecules.

3.Baijie mainly acts on the peptidoglycan structure in the cell wall of pathogenic bacteria. It breaks the cell wall by cleaving the β-1,4 glycosidic bond between C-1 of N-acetylmuramic acid and C-4 of N-acetylglucosamine. It can effectively kill G+, G- and fungi.

4.It prevents the replication and reproduction of enveloped viruses, acts directly on negatively charged viral proteins, forms double salts with DNA, RNA and apoprotein, and inactivates viruses.

Characteristics of Baijie

1.Unaffected by organic matter: It has complete killing effect under the pollution of organic matter such as feces, urine, dust, oil dirt and blood.

2.Unaffected by hard water: Usually, when the hardness of hard water is as high as 600ppm, the efficacy is still not affected.

Bactericidal Experiment of Baijie

The test bacterial solution was the standardized 0.5 McFarland turbidity unit of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus standard bacterial suspension. During the test, 0.5mL of standard bacterial suspension (normal saline was used instead of standard bacterial suspension in the control group) was mixed with 4.5mL of Baijie disinfectant (Example 1) respectively. At 15, 30, 45 and 60min after the disinfectant acted, 0.5mL of the mixture was added to a test tube containing 4.5mL of neutralizer solution, and the neutralization reaction was carried out for 15min. The mixing condition was a water bath environment of (20±2)℃. After neutralizing the disinfectant, the ten-fold dilution method and plate counting method were used to dilute and spread the mixture of each test group and control group on the plate. The plate was incubated at 37℃ for 24-72h, and the number of colonies was observed and counted to calculate the bactericidal rate. Each group of tests was determined 3 times, and the average value was taken.

It can be seen from the table that the bactericidal rate of Baijie disinfectant against Escherichia coli reaches 95.13% after 45min of action, and 99.24% after 60min of action; the bactericidal rate against Staphylococcus aureus reaches 91.92% after 45min of action, and 98.33% after 60min of action.

A certain farm in Xuchang City was selected as the test site, and 3 similar pens were randomly selected for the test. One blank control pen, one peracetic acid disinfection pen and one Baijie disinfection pen were set up. The Baijie disinfection pen was sprayed with Baijie disinfectant (Example 1), the peracetic acid disinfection pen was used according to the dosage in the instruction manual, and the control pen was sprayed with the same amount of normal saline as Baijie disinfectant. Before the test, the 3 pens were thoroughly rinsed with tap water. Before disinfection and within 24h after disinfection, samples were collected from 15×5cm area of different parts such as feed troughs, ground, drinkers and walls of all pens by wiping horizontally with cotton swabs soaked in neutralizer for 15 times, and the wiping surface of cotton swabs should be continuously changed during sampling. Cut off the cotton end of the swab and put it into a sampling tube containing 5ml of sterile normal saline, and vortex for 5min to elute the microorganisms. Appropriately dilute with the ten-fold dilution method, take 1ml of the above diluted sample solution and add it to about 20ml of BHI agar medium cooled to about 50℃, then add about 10% volume of defibrinated serum, and incubate at 37℃ for 48-72h. Observe and count the number of colonies, and obtain the number of viable bacteria according to the dilution ratio.
