Amphenicol antibiotic. Florfenicol irreversibly binds to the 50S ribosomal subunit, blocking peptidyl transferase activity, inhibiting peptide chain elongation, and disrupting protein synthesis. Demonstrates strong antibacterial effects against Aeromonas, Vibrio, Edwardsiella, etc.
[Indications]
For preventing and treating bacterial diseases in freshwater/marine fish:
Septicemia, ulcers, enteritis, gill rot，shrimp red body disease, crab ascites
[Dosage & Administration]
Oral:
0.1–0.3g per kg body weight
OR at 5% feeding ratio: 0.5–2g per kg feed
Administer for 5–7 consecutive days.
